How far in advance should we book?
I recommend 2-3 months out for the best availability, especially during peak season (October through May). That said, I've pulled off incredible weekends with as little as 3 weeks notice.
What's included in the Full Weekend package?
Everything from custom itinerary planning and Airbnb decor setup to nightlife reservations, transportation coordination, welcome gifts, and a dedicated day-of point of contact. Think of it as a weekend concierge.
Can you work with our Airbnb or hotel?
Absolutely. Airbnbs, hotels, resorts — I come to you wherever you're staying and transform the space.
Do you handle transportation?
Yes. Party buses, sprinter vans, rideshare logistics — all coordinated so no one has to be the designated driver or figure out parking.
What if our group size changes?
Happens all the time. I adjust the plan and pricing as your headcount shifts. Just keep me posted.
What areas of Scottsdale do you cover?
All of it. Old Town, North Scottsdale, Desert Ridge — and I frequently coordinate activities in Tempe and Mesa too.
Is hiring a planner actually worth it vs. doing it ourselves?
The average Maid of Honor spends 40+ hours coordinating a bach weekend — researching venues, comparing prices, managing the group chat. I do this every week with vetted vendors and volume pricing. Most groups save money because I know where to get the best value.
Why does the Full Weekend start at $2,200?
It covers 15-20 hours of planning, vendor coordination, physical setup, a day-of point of contact, and my entire local vendor network. For a group of 10, that's about $220 per person for a professionally planned, stress-free weekend.
